This starter set features the Sofgrip Handle. The Sofgrip is a soft to the feel grip which is very comfortable to use. The knives feature a proprietary DEXSTEEL stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that is precision ground for durability. This is a set you can build on by selecting any of our Sofgrip line. Knives are NFS certified and made in U.S.A.
