The knife is paired with our beautiful Mixed Hardwood Cutting Carving Serving Board. Three hardwoods- Cherry, Black Walnut, Maple grow more beautiful with patina over time. Nice deep juice groove with well to capture drippings on one side perfect for juicy fruits, vegetables, meat carving and slicing.
